IT Project Manager, certified in scrum methodology and scrum master. I started in IT as a user service analyst, I actively collaborated in the project Creation of IT policies and IT procedures. Currently I am implementing Odoo as PM. I accepted the challenging goal of implementing and deploying N Modules in N Departments in one year, changed 34 years of "I've always done it this way"; Ensuring buy-in not only from operations but also from all lines of command. Project management, change management and digital transformation all rolled into one.
